As Kotaku points out, there is a Deus Ex film in the works. This trailer is not for that fim, however.
This is trailer for a fan-made short from DCode Films, written and directed by Moe Charif and starring Charif himself as Adam Jensen, Liannet Borrego as Megan Reed, Shayna Nicole E'orio as Yelena Fedorova, and Antoni Corone as James.
And it looks damn good. The first footage from this short film apparently appeared back in January, but this is the first we've seen of it. Considering the official Deus Ex film only recently got a director, it's safe to say the fan-made version is further along. And given the track record for official game-to-movie adaptations, it may wind up being better as well. But we'll give CBS Films the benefit of the doubt for now.
