Around 2:45 p.m. yesterday, a driver crashed a black Subaru Outback into the McDonald's located at 2481 18th Street NW in Washington, D.C. It's believed that the driver suffered a medical emergency behind the wheel prior to the accident, which forced authorities to close off the busy intersection right in the heart of the Adams Morgan neighborhood.

According to the Metro Police Department, two people suffered minor cuts as a result of the collision. There was only one person inside of the restaurant at the time of the crash, and they suffered a minor leg injury. This is not going to be good for the restaurant, which also serves as prime real estate for loitering on Friday and Saturday nights.
