A man from Aurora, IL was arrested over the weekend for making inappropriate gestures towards women in the lingerie section of a Walmart. 34-year-old Damien Dickens was accused of making "several women uncomfortable with his actions."
According to Plainfield police Sgt. Mike Fisher, Dickens would pick up women's underwear as they approached and "made a show of sniffing and smelling [the panties] in front of them." Customers complained, and police soon arrested him for disorderly conduct.
Fisher added that police had similar issues with Dickens in the past, only it was at a Target.
