In an effort to further separate Transformers 4 from the previous three installments in the franchise, director Michael Bay is set to introduce an all-new cast into the world of the autobots for this go-around. With Mark Wahlberg already confirmed to be joining the franchise, Twitch Film has confirmed that young stars Brenton Thwaites (Maleficent) and Nicola Peltz (The Last Airbender) will round out the movie’s principal cast.
In the movie, Peltz will play Wahlberg’s daughter and Thwaites will be her biker boyfriend. Other than that, no plot details or a list of Transformers have been released about the movie yet.
Transformers 4 will hit theaters on June 27, 2014.
