After a string of lukewarm hits began to make us question their partnership, the team of Will Ferrell and director Adam McKay are finally going back to what brought them to the dance with a sequel to their 2004 hit, Anchorman. Titled Anchorman: The Legend Continues, this movie looks to reunite the cast of the original and have them deal with the world of the 24-hour news cycle. Not much is really known about the film other than that, but yesterday McKay tweeted out that the movie just got an official release date:
It's official. Anchorman 2 has a release date: December 20, 2013. Very excited.
