Considering the amount of money it took to get Britney Spears on board to judge The X Factor this season - a cool $15 million - the burning question lately has whether or not Spears would return for season three. Though nothing is official yet, Spears herself may finally have an answer for us all: While speaking to reporters at an event for the series on Monday night, the pop star turned reality singing competition judge told reporters that she would "definitely" be returning to the show next year.
"Yes, I definitely will...It's a lot of fun," Spears said, according to MTV. "It's different from anything I've ever done before, but it's a lot of fun. We get to sit back and get to be entertained and it's just wonderful. It's really cool."
So, Spears is apparently on board, which isn't too much of a surprise because for $15 million, why wouldn't she be? Now the question becomes: With X Factor's ratings not quite up to what they were expecting with Spears on board, will they still want to dish out the money to bring her back next year? Start speculating.
