We figured that Mitt Romney's "Binders Full of Women" comment might have sparked a lot of costume ideas and sure enough, Sophia Bush created one of the best costumes out of it.
If you're not familiar, during the second presidential debate of the year, Romney answered a question on gender inequalities in the workplace by saying that he went to a number of women's groups to find female candidates for his cabinet, who in return, brought him "whole binders full of women.”
