Damaine Mitchell, 19, was is court this week on drug charges when Hamilton County Common Pleas Judge Melba Marsh made him a pretty sweet offer: no jail time if he agrees to stop smoking weed. Mitchell said that he would stop smoking—but only if he was allowed one more joint. Unfortunately, beggars can't be choosers.
Shocked, the judge refused and ordered Mitchell back in court next week so she can decide what to do with him. His lawyer should've taken a swing at him, and he'll be lucky if he ends up in rehab.
