Police should consider this a gift from the heavens. 46-year-old James Albert Kimrey came crashing through the roof of a North Carolina church while stark naked. Kimrey, a transient, was discovered in the bathroom of the Resurrection International Church in Hickory, NC, after leaving a hole in the ceiling on Saturday.
Kimrey, who wanted to spend the night at the church, had to be removed because he was incoherent and it was presumed he would be a threat to the rehearsing children's choir. Police assume he shed his clothes as he tried to fit through a space between the building's framework and ventilation duct.
When his weight became too much for the duct to support, he fell about 11 feet. Kimrey was charged with breaking and entering, indecent exposure, and trespassing.
