Marvel Announces "Age Of Ultron" For 2013

Marvel has announced that next March will finally see the debut of the highly-anticipated event comic Age of Ultron. Written by Brian Michael Bendis with art by Bryan Hitch, Carlos Pacheco, and Brandon Peterson, this 10-issue event will kick off with Ultron, the classic Avengers foe, ruling the world. Here is the official synopsis from the company:

This story has been hinted at since The Avengers comic book series was relaunched back in 2010, but for some reason it took until now – with another Avengers relaunch on the horizon – to finally see the light of day. We’re not sure if this event will encompass any crossover titles like Civil War or Fear Itself, but it is likely. You can check out some art for Age of Ultron from Bryan Hitch below:
