Martha Stewart is headed to scripted television. According to Deadline, the lifestyle/crafts/baking mogul is set to executive produce a new scripted sitcom for Fox, which is about a "highly disorganized, scattered former party girl" who discovers the magic and "teachings" of Martha Stewart and decides to change her life for the better. Is this meta? Maybe just a little bit?

Jake in Progress creator Austin Winsberg is attached to write the script and executive produce alongside Stewart, and Imagine TV's Brian Grazer and Francie Calfo. Stewart is not expected to star in the show at all, but may make occasional, voice-over appearances.
