New York City residents from all boroughs gathered this weekend to start cleaning up Red Hook, one of the Brooklyn neighborhoods hit hardest by Hurricane Sandy. Many buildings in the area were completely flooded, causing severe water damage to businesses, residents' homes, and their personal possessions.
Volunteers gathered to distribute meals and donate batteries, clothes, flashlights, and other household necessities. Complex was on the scene to lend a hand.
