Shooting Les Miserables took a lot out of Anne Hathaway. The 30-year-old actress had to drop 25 pounds for her role in the film.
“I had to be obsessive about it— the idea was to look near death," she says in the December issue of Vogue. "Looking back on the whole experience— and I don’t judge it in any way— it was definitely a little nuts. It was definitely a break with reality, but I think that’s who Fantine is anyway.”
It seems she's gained some of that weight back. She looks great on the cover.
