Have you seen the above image before? Used to promote Apple's retina display, the eye used in the advertisement has a striking resemblance to that of the photo taken by Sabine Liewald, which you can see in the other thumb. So much so that Sabine is now filing for copyright infringement against the company. While the photographer does maintain that she did allow Apple to use the pic to test some layouts, she was not happy seeing the image in their advertisements. Now, Sabine is seeking to get some coin out of the suit. And why not? Sometimes, it's all about getting an eye for an eye, right?
