Today's "What the fuck?!" news comes courtesy of the NYPD. 28-year-old officer Gilberto Valle was arrested by the FBI after the agency uncovered his demented plot to kidnap and torture women, then rape and cook them before consuming their body parts. The FBI picked off emails that Valle sent to a co-conspirator where he detailed his plans to "kidnap, rape, torture, kill, cook and eat body parts of a number of women."
The Queens native was taken into custody yesterday and will appear in a federal court today. He had been assigned to patrol a precinct in Manhattan prior to be suspended yesterday. Valle reportedly planned to harm up to 100 women, including his girlfriend. Thankfully, Valle was apprehended before he had the opportunity.
