20-year-old Brandon Carangelo is in the hot seat after posting naked pictures of his ex-girlfriend on the Internet. Police in Bayonne, NJ have charged Carangelo with invasion of privacy after he uploaded ten nude photos of her without her consent. It's a third-degree crime if you share a photo, video, or any type of recording of someone in the nude or engaging in a sex act without the license to do so.
Though Carangelo claims that his ex sent him the photos, he could receive up to five years in prison if convicted. Luckily for him, the law is pretty soft on first-time offenders. He's still guilty of being an asshole, regardless of the legal outcome.
