We've got the need! The need…for speeeeeeed!
That expression has become almost as iconic as "It's on like Donkey Kong" (are we allowed to say that still? How do you make one of those little 'trademark' symbols?). Anyway, on Oct. 30 it'll be time to usher in a new game in the Need for Speed series, this one the first from Burnout developer Criterion Games.
Criterion's definitely put its own spin on the series—by making it a hell of a lot like Burnout Paradise. We don't see anything wrong with that, though.
And if you come to the series expecting sweet rides, frantic car chases and epic crashes, then we doubt you'll be disappointed.
How do you feel about Need for Speed: Most Wanted being "the ultimate social game" (according to the trailer)? Are you looking forward to it?
