Bad news: Looks like we're all going to have to wait a little longer for that much-anticipated new Ghostbusters film that's been in the works at Sony for about forever. According to Vulture, Sony's film studio has put all projects, including Ghostbusters 3, on hold due to financial issues, and projects aren't expected to get back up and running until the end of March. Meaning, production on Ghostbusters 3, which was slated to begin next summer, likely won't begin until next fall - and then we've all got to wait through filming and post-production before we even see a hint of a teaser trailer.
So basically, if you wanted proof that life isn't fair, here you go. You can thank Sony.
