A Florida mother has filed a lawsuit after her 3-year-old daughter found a used condom and put it in her mouth. That condom tested positive for gonorrhea. According to Tiesha Sanders, the incident occurred in December 2011, and though her daughter has been tested multiple times for diseases, it could take up to a year for them to appear.
Sanders intends to sue the Jacksonville Urban League, which runs the Head Start program where her daughter picked up the condom. "If it happened to my daughter, it can happen to yours."
