49-year-old Janet Malizia crashed her BMW into an SUV on I-75 in North Naples, FL Friday after killing three-and-a-half bottles of wine, according to her 11-year-old son. Both of her children were in the car when police pulled her over, and her son showed police the cup of wine that she had drank from. According to the boy, he told her that she shouldn't drink and drive.
Malizia admitted to drinking and driving, and was charged with two counts of driving under the influence and one count of leaving the scene of an accident.
