After nine years of marriage, following 14 years of on-and-off dating, Russell Crowe and his wife Danielle Spencer appear to be calling it quits.

Speculation abounds as to what caused their marriage to fail, but it could be that she'd grown close to 38-year-old Damian Whitewood, who was her partner on the Australian version of Dancing with the Stars.

Whatever the case, Spencer looks like she'll be financially set for life following the split. Crowe has earned roughly $150 million since he married Spencer in 2003 and a prenuptial agreement the pair signed guaranteed Spencer $15 million if the couple stayed together at least three years. They certainly beat that deadline.

The agreement also stated that should they get a divorce, Spencer would get their home. Therefore, she'll most likely take possession of a $10 million mansion they recently purchased in Rose Bay in Sydney, Australia. They do have other property— lots of it, actually— but that particular house is the only one that is in both of their names. Everything else is in Crowe's name or it's owned by one of his various companies.
