Police discovered a thorough marijuana operation in three locations spread out across Diamond Bar and Hacienda Heights in California. Over 2,000 marijuana plants and 20 pounds of processed weed were discovered, worth a total of $6 million. All three locations were stealing electricity from Southern California Edison; reps from the company are still trying to determine how much money they lost as a result. 43-year-old Binh Ly and 45-year-old Thank Chiem were arrested, and are currently being held on $170,000 bail.
