You'll have to be due for an upgrade to take advantage of the deal, so if you've been in the market for a new phone this could be it. When it was announced over the summer, the Galaxy S III retailed for fully two times this price.
Amazon has the 16GB model of the phone in various colors for Verizon, AT&T and Sprint.
