Samsung is steadily moving forward after losing its billion-dollar patent battle with Apple. With iPhone 5 hysteria subsiding, rumors have the world's largest mobile phone maker announcing its next big release, the Galaxy Note II, at a press event set for October 24.
The Galaxy Note II was released earlier this week in South Korea, months after the Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet. The next generation of Samsung's phone-tablet hybrid features a larger 5.5-inch screen with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.
