19-year-old Tyller Myers was killed after running a stop sign in Norwalk, OH last week. The teen struck a tractor trailer, and the force of the impact carried both vehicles off of U.S. Route 20 and into a cornfield. In a brutal turn of events, police found at least three stop signs in the back of his pickup truck, all taken from intersections leading up to his tragic demise.

Myers was not wearing his seat-belt and was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the tractor trailer, 53-year-old Kevin Heter, suffered non-life threatening injuries.
