McDonald's locations in China are now serving a pair of black and white hamburgers, created to reflect the good and bad sides of Chinese politics. They're said to represent people who are connected to both the government (the white side), and the underworld of organized crime (the black side). In other words, Clay Davis would love this dish.

The black burger has a beef patty with chopped onions, black pepper sauce, and a bun topped with white sesame seeds. The white burger, on the other hand, has a chicken patty with sweet and spicy sauce between a black sesame-topped bun. The burgers will be available for a limited time only, so act quickly.
