Michael David Turley likes to toy with people. The 39-year-old Phoenix, AZ native created a fake terrorist scenario involving his nephew in order to test local police preparedness in the wake of the theater shooting inAurora, CO that happened in July. A week after the shooting, Turley sent the16-year-old boy into the streets dressed as a "terrorist," armed with a phony rocket-propelled grenade launcher. He recorded what transpired and uploaded it to YouTube, and viewers were not happy with what they saw.

Police were not thrilled with Turley's actions either, and have slapped him with several offenses such as "giving a false impression of a terrorist act, endangerment, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and misconduct involving a simulated explosive." Also, Turley claimed that it took police 15 minutes to respond to the incident, but police say they responded three minutes after the first call.

How would Turley feel if something happened to his nephew?
