There's a new lesson plan at some New York City high schoolsPlan B. The Post says that 13 high schools have been giving out the pill, as part of Connecting Adolescents To Comprehensive Health (CATCH), a citywide health initiative designed to help stop teen pregnancy. The program began silently at five schools last year, and though parents can prevent their children from participating in the program, supposedly only one-to-two parents at each school have done so.
