A woman decided to take some NyQuil to help her fall asleep during a plane ride from the Philippines to Honolulu claims she woke up to discover a man groping her. The woman says she woke up several times during the flight and found Luavalu Seuva'ai's hands underneath her clothing.
The 22-year-old Seuva'ai claims that he thought the woman was flirting with her, so he flirted back, because he all know how flirtatious a sleeping woman can be. When the unidentified victim felt the man's hands under her bra, she called flight attendants, who separated the two and notified authorities.
Seuva'ai plead not guilty to charges of abusive sexual contact aboard an aircraft before a federal court on Monday. There are two lessons to be learned here: first, be careful where you fall asleep. Second, unconscious still means "no."
