NBC's been making a lot of mistakes when it comes to their Olympics coverage - anyone remember the blatant flag fail from earlier in the games? - but this one's definitely one of the biggest to date. During the coverage of the USA vs. Spain gold medal basketball game from earlier today, the cameras found actor Jesse Eisenberg sitting in the audience, and commentators wasted no time pointing him out - and mistaking him for Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, who he portrayed in 2010's The Social Network.

You can check out the video of the mistake above. It probably would have been fine if the commentator had left it at saying something about "putting the picture on Facebook," but considering he followed it up with a remark that "every executive of note, it seems, world-wide is attending these games," there was no ignoring it.

Oh, NBC. You tried.
