41-year-old Chad William Forber was arrested for a greased-up good time. Police in Rock Island, IL busted him after he was found completely naked, covered head to toe in Crisco. He held his clothes in his hands, well, his shorts and a can of Crisco, rather. According to police, he was "looking to party."
You know what inspires people to seek that type of party? Drugs. Police found a small amount of what they believed to be meth in the pocket of his shorts, meaning he really had a party in his pants. He was arrested for drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The real party started when he got to jail.
