It's going to be difficult to resurrect the reputation of this day care center after a disaster like this. Three employees at The Hands of Our Future LLC Daycare in Dover, DE, were suspended for allegedly allowing two 3-year-olds to fight each other at the day care center last March. Worse, there's cell phone video footage of the organized battle.

The footage has not been released to the public, but police say that one child could be heard saying, "He’s pinching me," followed by an employee saying, "No pinching, only punching." It was obvious that one of the children had no interest in the fight, but authorities say the daycare workers continued to instigate it.

The workers—Tiana Harris, 19; Estefania Myers, 21; and Lisa Parker, 47—have all been charged with assault, endangering the welfare of a child, reckless endangering and conspiracy. The children are the future, and at this institution of early childhood development, they're teaching kids to throw those hands early. Parents should be pissed.
