The HTC One X and One S are two of the best smartphones available now. They're so good, they topped our list of the best Android phones. We now get word from The Verge, that they're going to get even better as HTC's Global Online Communications Manager, Jeff Gordon, has confirmed that the newest version of Android, 4.1 "Jelly Bean," will eventually be available for its two flagship handsets. 

"At this point in time, we can confirm that we have plans to upgrade our HTC One X, HTC One XL and HTC One S to Jelly Bean," Gordon said in a statement to The Verge today. He didn't provide any details as to when the phones would receive the upgrade. Gordan says to stay tuned for more information on "timing and other details."
