If you can't tell by now, the folks behind Double Dragon: Neon are really playing up the whole '80s thing. We figured we might as well join them. The '80s were a gnarly time—especially if you were born in them, like the original Double Dragon was.
Now the follow-up/remake/tribue Double Dragon: Neon has an official release date: Sept. 11 (not the best choice) on PSN and Sept. 12 on XBLA, for $9.99 or 800 Microsoft Points respectively.
"Now that you’ve got the 411 on Billy and Jimmy and their bro-tastic adventure to take on Skullmageddeon and save their girlfriend Marion, get yourself pumped up by high-fiving your nearest bud and visit www.doubledragonneon.com," reads a press release sent out today.
Yeah. Let us get right on that. (Ahh, that post-2000 cynicism works much better for us). Will you be travelling back to the '80s with Double Dragon: Neon? Let us know in the comments or on Twitter.
