It had to go down Florida, it just had to go down in Florida. 26-year-old Justin Blake Mitchell was arrested and charged with several crimes, the worst of which might be holding a 7-year-old boy at gunpoint and forcing him to smoke weed. Mitchell's crime spree began when he pistol-whipped a woman and stole several belongings from her home in Santa Rosa Beach. Next, he pointed the gun at the boy and forced him to light up.
Soon after, he stole a man's debit card at gunpoint and robbed another woman. Police finally put an end to the madness and apprehended him. He was charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon, aggravated assault, child abuse, possession of marijuana, and larceny. The gun was also stolen, so he was charged with grand theft of a firearm as well.
Bail is not in his future.
