This shocking video shows a hero rescuing a toddler who was dangling from a four-story building in China—by his head. Somehow, the boy made his way out to the family balcony and fell through a crack that was just narrow enough to catch his head.
A man on the floor below was able to push the boy back up to safety, and the child reportedly escaped the incident without injury.
