On last night's The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Emma Stone stopped by for an interview and introduced a new clip from The Amazing Spider-Man. Featuring The Lizard stalking Gwen Stacy (Stone) through an Oscorp lab, this clip brings an element of horror into the movie that works perfectly with the character.
It's full of tension and suspense as director Marc Webb really seems to be using the Lizard's quickness and imposing physical stature to its fullest. If you don't want to watch the whole interview, you can skip to the 3:48 mark to get right to the clip. Also, does the inclusion of Oscorp hint at an appearance by Norman Osborn in some way? Time will tell.
The Amazing Spider-Man hits theaters on July 3.
