While it may be frustrating, bad service is certainly not illegal. This must not have been communicated to 20-year-old Christian Luckett, who drunk dialed 911 ten times to complain about the service he received at a Cincinnati Chili's. Luckett had been escorted out of the restaurant earlier for not paying his bill, so he went home and reported a domestic disturbance.
Police arrived to discover an intoxicated Luckett, and arrested him off principle alone. He was charged with one count of disorderly conduct, and although he'll return to court on July 12, he's already guilty of being a complete asshole.
