The excellent Ace Hotel is set to open a new location in the Lower East Side, in the Jarmulowsky Bank Building (pictured above) at 54 Canal Street. No word yet on what other businesses will open within it, but based on the location in Midtown, which boasts an Opening Ceremony and No. 7 Sub, it'll be something good.
