Lena Dunham, the writer/director/actress behind Tiny Furniture and HBO's Girls, copped an 800-square-foot apartment in Brooklyn Heights (the same neighborhood where Dunham attended Saint Ann's). The apartment occupies the top-floor of a large, pre-war doorman building: Mansion House.

Dunham is finally out of her parents' place. How will that impact her art?
