What is one sort of show that TV always needs more of? Cooking shows, obviously. Luckily for us, chef Jamie Oliver is around with a new show set to premiere on BBC America, Chef Race: UK vs. US. The reality series will follow eight American chefs and eight English chefs as they race across the US - Los Angeles to NYC - competing for a $100,000 prize. According to Deadline, contestants are provided "minimal resources, so they must use their resourcefulness, ingenuity, leadership and finesse along with their cooking skills to win." MasterChef's Richard Corrigan will be a mentor for contestants, and the Food Network's Claire Robinson will host.
