Thirteen wasn't enough. Miley Cyrus went and got her fourteenth tattoo earlier this month, when she had the Roman numerals VIIXCI etched on her forearm.
But she was back at the Manny Pacquiao Tattoo shop in Los Angeles yesterday, and it looked like she was getting additional artwork done on that tat, as she left with a huge bandage over it.
Some of Miley's body art is in peculiar places, like the "dream-catcher" tat she has on her right side. Onlookers got a glimpse of that one when she almost suffered a sideboob slip on Monday.
