A 37-year-old man whose actual name is Obiwan Kenobi was arrested in Roseville, Calif., after his hit-and-run resulted in a four-car pileup on Rosehall Drive. Kenobi allegedly struck cars while trying to merge into the straight-ahead lane form the left lane, resulting in chaos.
