While the constitution protects New Yorkers' right to watch porn in libraries, that doesn’t exactly mean it’s okay. A homeless man clearly wasn’t please with the display, so he stabbed a 52-year-old for looking at porn at the Brooklyn Heights Branch of the Brooklyn Public Library Tuesday night.

According to police, Ralph Neptune was offended by the lack of chill. The porn viewer hit him with a chair, but the homeless man had a knife and stabbed him in the chest with it. Neptune's wife strangely began screaming, “How are we going to get back to Peekskill?” Quite the sight, we imagine.

The man was treated at Bellevue, while Neptune was arrested and charged with assault, criminal possession of a weapon, menacing, and criminal possession of marijuana. While being whisked away in handcuffs, he proclaimed, “I’m innocent. My wife was there and he’s looking at porn.”
