There's no way in hell Heath Howe's getting a Father's Day gift this year. The 27-year-old man was arrested last week and charged with child abuse after tying his 4-year-old daughter up so he could play video games without disturbance. The little girl told police that her father bound her and placed her in the kitchen, then proceeded to play "bad guy" video games.

The girl was discovered by her mother and a friend, and then friend untied her after her excellent mother allegedly did nothing to help her. The rope was tight enough to leave marks on the girl's arms, and she also told investigator's this wasn't the first time her father tied her up.

Call of Duty and everything else come second to your duties as a parent.
