South African retailer BT Games posted a listing accepting pre-orders for Dead Space 3 yesterday, despite the fact that the game has yet to be announced. Though EA has yet to make the game's development public, the success of Dead Space II last year pretty much guaranteed a timely-made third game for the horror franchise.

Coming hot off the heels of the Crysis 3box art leak, this is the second unannounced EA game to unintentionally revealed to the public in as many weeks.

Dead Space 3 rumors have come in and out of the public eye in the form of suspicious job listings last year. Though EA has yet to release any concrete information on the sequel, company president Frank Gibeau has said that he hopes to "reach a broader audience" this time around.

According to SiliconEra, Dead Space 3 will see the return of protagonist Issac Clarke and will be set at least partially on an icy planet.

Though a pre-emptive retailer listing is rarely considered a reliable indicator for news on upcoming games. IGN points out that BT has recently leaked accurate information on Jak and Daxter HD Collection and Mass Effect 3's "Galaxy at War" multiplayer mode.
