According to SiliconEra, Namco Bandai (who owns the rights to the Pac-Man series) has filed a European trademark for the name. It sounds like it's time for the classic game to get a makeover.
Pac-Man was most recently a special character in the PS3 edition of Street Fighter x Tekken.
