Curbed LA posted these photos of an atrocious Los Angeles condo that, of course, is located in the Valley.
Back in 2006, this three-bedroom condo at 8801 Willis Avenue in Panorama City went for $300,000. Six years later, it's back on the market—in God-awful condition. Anything that once justified this placing being sold for that price is clearly a distant memory.
Calling this place disgusting would be a gross statement of the obvious, but look at the vile bathtub and toilet. Who lives like this?
The listing says that the property needs "new flooring, paint, doors, fixtures, etc." They forgot to mention a prayer.
