17. Green Dragon Tavern

City: Boston
Address: 11 Marshall St.

The original Green Dragon was a public house established in the early 18th century, smack-dab in the home of the American Revolution. Paul Revere frequented the joint for drinks, and the Boston Tea Party was planned within its hallowed walls. Though that building was demolished, the new Green Dragon Tavern, located on Marshall Street, pays homage to the history of Boston in name and spirit. Raise a glass for no king and country.
