All you die-hard Jersey Shore fans might remember that guy in the picture up there, but for everyone else: That's Emilio Masella, Shore star Snooki's ex-boyfriend who she broke up with over Facebook after she found out he auditioned for The Real World. Reason enough to end a relationship.
Well, apparently, Masella there still harbored some better feelings against his reality star ex, because upon hearing that she was pregnant by fiancé Jionni LaValle, he had the following to say:

Not OK. Understandably, Snooki got a bit pissed off by his words, and according to TMZ, her legal team is exploring the possibility of slapping him with a defamation suit.
Apparently, though, Masella isn't the least bit worried. As he told TMZ, "If they want to sue me for being my own person that’s screwed up." That's some convulted logic there, bro.
"I feel like they're trying to scare me for expressing my own opinions...How can they sue me for stating how I feel? I don’t get why they have it out for me," he continued. "My wish is to sit down and talk with her for 5 minutes, no cameras, face-to-face, and have a conversation with Nicole not Snooki. I know she'd fall in love with me again."
Yeah, we're gonna go with no.
